Teavit Diuretic Herbal Tea is a blended herbal infusion tea in convenient teabag format, made from five botanical ingredients with a long history of use in Eastern European traditional herbal preparations: bearberry leaf (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi), lingonberry leaf (Vaccinium vitis-idaea), birch buds (Betula pendula), rosehip (Rosa canina) and green tea (Camellia sinensis). Bearberry leaf is one of the most traditionally used botanical herbs in European herbal medicine traditions, historically consumed as a urinary tract herbal tea. Lingonberry leaf is a traditional Nordic and Baltic botanical, consumed as a herbal infusion for many centuries. Birch buds are a classic traditional Scandinavian and Eastern European herbal ingredient. Rosehip provides a pleasant tart flavour and is one of the richest natural plant sources of vitamin C. Green tea contributes antioxidant polyphenols and a mild refreshing note.
Note: Bearberry leaf contains high levels of tannins and arbutin. Short-term use only — not recommended for use for more than 1–2 weeks at a time without a break.

TEAVIT Diuretic Herbal Tea N20 by Teavit is a herbal infusion chosen by people who want a lighter-feeling drink based on traditional Baltic and Eastern European plants. This tea combines bearberry leaf, lingonberry leaf, birch buds, rosehip and green tea in an easy teabag format. It is not a medicinal product, but rather a classic botanical tea often used when someone wants to include herbs with a long-standing place in seasonal self-care and fluid-balance habits.
What makes this blend interesting is the way the plants complement each other. Bearberry leaf is one of the best-known traditional herbs in European herbal tea culture for short-term use in urinary herbal blends. It naturally contains arbutin and tannins: arbutin is a plant compound that has made bearberry popular in this category, while tannins give the tea its more astringent, slightly dry taste. Lingonberry leaf and birch buds are also deeply rooted in Nordic herbal traditions and are often included in teas aimed at a gentle draining effect. Rosehip softens the flavour with mild tartness and adds naturally occurring vitamin C, while green tea contributes polyphenols and a subtle refreshing note.
This kind of herbal tea may suit people who prefer plant-based beverages over stronger functional drinks, or those who want a warming infusion during periods when they feel like choosing lighter foods and drinks. The teabag format makes it simple to prepare at home or at work, and the taste profile is more layered than a single-herb tea thanks to the combination of leafy, woody, tart and fresh notes.
Because this blend contains bearberry leaf, it is meant for short courses rather than long continuous use. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and it should be avoided in kidney disease. If you take medicines, are choosing herbal products for a teenager, or have any doubt about whether this tea fits your regimen, it is sensible to ask a healthcare professional first.
