Vitateka Plus: points back on every paid order
You get points back on the goods in every order you pay for — 5% to begin with, up to 10% as you shop more. No sign-up first: order, pay, and the points are yours. 100 points are worth 1 € off a later order.

Four levels, and the rate climbs
Your level comes from your paid orders over the last 365 days. It moves up on its own.
- Base 5%
Where everyone starts. No conditions.
- Silver 6.5%
From 2 paid orders. This level goes by the number of orders only — there is no spending route to it.
- Gold 8% + free delivery
From 4 paid orders, or from 150 € of goods. Either one on its own is enough.
- Platinum 10% + free delivery
From 8 paid orders, or from 300 € of goods. Either one on its own is enough.
Free delivery comes with Gold and Platinum, on every delivery method and with no minimum basket. Silver does not include it.
How you earn points
- Every 1 € of goods earns 5 points. 100 points are worth 1 €.
- You earn on the goods in the order. Delivery is not counted.
- Points arrive when the order is paid, not when it is placed.
- A coupon does not cancel the earning. Neither does paying part of the order with points.
- If the goods come back, the points for them come back too, in proportion.
How you spend them
- Points are used in the cart or at checkout — not from the account area.
- They cover up to 50% of an order: goods, tax and delivery.
- The smallest amount you can spend is 1 point.
- Your account shows the balance and when it expires.
Delivery
Delivery to a parcel terminal is free from these order values, VAT included:

Collecting your order in person from our shop in Tallinn is free. Gold and Platinum get delivery at no charge whatever the basket.
Points for a review
- 50 points for a review, and 50 more if you add a photo.
- This one does need an account and being signed in — unlike points for orders.
- Write it on the product page, for something you have bought.
- Points are added once the review is approved, once per product.
Invite a friend
- 5 points for every euro of your friend’s first order — that is 5% back to you.
- 500 points for your friend, which is 5 €, once that first order is paid.
- Your personal link is in the account, under “My referrals”.
- Both sides are credited once per invited person, after the invoice is issued.
How to start

- 2 Your points are waiting If you had no account, we open one after payment. Sign in to see the balance and the expiry date.
- 3 Spend them At checkout, put points towards the order — up to 50% of it: goods, tax and delivery.
Questions
Do I need an account to earn points?
No. Points are credited for every paid order. If you ordered without an account, we open one for you after payment and the points go there.
When do the points arrive?
When the order is paid. Placing it is not enough.
Do coupons or paying with points cancel the earning?
No. Points are credited on a discounted order and on an order partly paid with points.
How is my level worked out?
From your paid orders over the last 365 days. Silver needs 2 paid orders. Gold needs 4 paid orders or 150 € of goods, Platinum 8 paid orders or 300 € — for those two levels either condition on its own is enough.
