After placing your order, delivery will occur on the specified business days. The design of pharmaceutical packaging may differ from what’s shown on the website. Product images are for illustrative purposes and approximate; actual color, labeling, specifications, size, function, and other visual characteristics may vary. Please review the technical specifications in the product description. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose! On average, it may take up to 4 business days.

Some payment methods may only be available in certain regions. The payment method is offered based on the address provided during registration or checkout if you are not logged in.
Liability
Vitateka is not responsible for delivery delays if the goods were handed over to the logistics partner on time but the delay was due to circumstances beyond our control.
When using Unisend courier service, the buyer must select the pickup point via the provided link and enter its name in the order comments.
If the buyer does not select a pickup point or enter its name in the order comments, we reserve the right to send the order to the nearest Unisend pickup point to the address provided during registration or to cancel the order.
If the buyer fails to select or specify a pickup point, all redirection or cancellation-related shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
We recommend that all our customers carefully verify delivery information and clarify all details before completing the order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Shipments outside the European Union
Goods purchased from our website and shipped to countries outside the EU are subject to the destination country’s customs rules and requirements. Vitateka is not responsible for the goods after they leave the EU nor for any financial costs related to delivery, customs formalities, or return of the goods if they are not cleared or delivered. The customer is responsible for all customs formalities and related fees.
