For defective products, we follow the provisions of the Law of Obligations Act and other laws of the Republic of Estonia concerning the return, repair, and replacement of defective goods.
The seller is not liable for:
Deterioration or damage to the product caused by the customer’s fault.
Defects arising from improper use of the product.
Natural physical wear and tear of the product under normal use.
If a defect appears, you must:
Submit a relevant statement by email to [email protected], describing the discovered defect as precisely as possible.
Include photographic evidence if possible.
Provide your contact details in the statement.
After we receive your statement, we will contact you within 7 days to agree on further action for inspecting the defect and repairing or replacing the goods.
Product Returns
The customer has the right to exchange the received goods for another product of equivalent value or, if unsuitable, to return the goods within 14 days.
Please return the goods in their original packaging, notifying us in advance by email at [email protected].
Include your order number, product name, and purchase price. You may also state the reason for the return if you wish.
We will contact you promptly to arrange the return method.
Refunds will be processed within two banking days after inspecting the returned goods.
We will credit the amount paid to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
Note: When returning goods, you must keep the receipt or invoice provided by the shipping company until the package reaches us.
If the package is lost in transit, the buyer can use this proof of shipment and we will contact the courier company to locate the package.
Goods can also be returned at our office.
Returned goods must be in their original packaging. Products without price tags or already opened cannot be returned.
If you accidentally damage the price tag or packaging when opening the package, a principle of reasonableness will apply.
