What Is Fitera Green Slim Herbal Tea
Fitera Green Slim Herbal Tea with Lemon Flavour is a herbal tea for people who want a lighter, more functional hot drink as part of weight-control habits. It combines green tea with Alexandrian senna and a fresh lemon note, so it is chosen not only for taste, but also for the way it fits into periods when meals feel heavier than usual or when someone wants a more structured eating plan.
Key Components
- Green tea — valued for its naturally occurring plant compounds and mild caffeine content, which make it a popular choice when people want a more refreshing beverage instead of sweeter drinks.
- Senna leaf — a traditional botanical used for its effect on bowel movement. Compounds in senna are transformed in the intestine and stimulate intestinal activity, which can lead to a stronger laxative effect. This effect is linked to digestion and transit, not to fat burning.
What Makes This Product Distinctive
The simple combination: green tea for a familiar tea base, senna for a pronounced herbal action, and lemon flavour to make the cup easier to enjoy. This kind of slimming tea is usually chosen for short periods rather than as a long-term habit.
When People Choose It
- During a more mindful eating phase
- After travel
- When digestion feels slower than usual
Important Usage Notes
- Herbal laxative teas are not suitable for continuous use.
- They are not a substitute for balanced meals, fluid intake, or movement.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines, or have a sensitive digestive system, speak with a healthcare professional before use.
- Stop use if the tea causes cramping, loose stools, or other unpleasant reactions.

Customer Questions
FITERA Green Slim with lemon is a herbal tea that combines green tea with Alexandrian senna leaves. Green tea contains polyphenols and natural caffeine, which gives the drink a tonic effect. The lemon note softens the taste and makes it fresher.
Alexandrian senna is a functional component with a pronounced effect on the bowel, so there are several points to consider before drinking this tea.
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over one tea bag (2 g) and leave to infuse for 15 minutes — as stated in the manufacturer's instructions. Do not leave the bag in for longer: the longer it steeps, the more intense the effect will be.
