Herbal Tea N30 x 2 g - Green Slim

What this tea is

FITERA Green Slim Herbal Tea, N30 x 2 g is a herbal tea blend with green tea and Alexandria senna leaves, often chosen by people who want a lighter-feeling hot drink as part of a weight-control plan. It is not a fat-burning product in the strict sense. Instead, this kind of tea is usually used when someone wants a simple plant-based option that can fit into periods of mindful eating and a lighter menu.

The two ingredients

• Green tea is valued for its naturally occurring polyphenols and gentle caffeine content. In plain language, these compounds are associated with metabolic activity and alertness, which is why green tea is often included in slimming teas and wellness beverages.
• Alexandria senna works differently: it contains plant substances called sennosides, which stimulate bowel movement. Because of this, senna is traditionally used in teas intended for short-term digestive relief and a less heavy feeling after meals.

Why this format

What makes this blend notable is the combination of a classic green tea base with senna in convenient filter bags. The format makes it easy to prepare as a hot beverage without measuring loose herbs. This product may suit adults who are looking for a herbal tea during periods of reduced-calorie eating, after travel or irregular meals, or when they prefer plant drinks over sweet beverages. It is better understood as a short-course herbal tea rather than a drink for continuous long-term use.

Good to know

Because senna has an active effect on the intestines, FITERA Green Slim Herbal Tea should be used thoughtfully. It is not suitable for everyone, especially during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are sensitive to herbal laxative teas, take medicines regularly, or plan to use it for more than a brief period, it is sensible to speak with a healthcare professional first.
