Ingredients: Common knotweed (Polygonum aviculare L.) 20%, dill (Anethum L.) 20%, peppermint leaves (Mentha piperita L.) 20%, bearberry (Arctostaphylos Adans.) 20%.
Instructions: Place 1 tablespoon in an enamel dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid, and heat in a water bath for 15 minutes, stirring often. Cool, strain, squeeze, and dilute the resulting tea mixture with 200 ml boiled water. Take 1/3 cup 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. Keep the prepared tea in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Warnings: Do not consume if you are intolerant to any of the ingredients! Discontinue use and consult a doctor if allergic reactions occur. For external use only. Store at temperatures between +5ºC and +25ºC, in a dry, dark place, out of reach of children.
