Method of preparation and use:
1-2 filter collection package is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, close the lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. with frequent stirring. Cool, strain. The remaining raw material is squeezed out, the volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml. Take warm 1/4 cup 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
