Infusion (in thermos): Pour 300 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of fruit, infuse in a thermos for 1 hour. Strain and cool. Take 1/2 glass 2–3 times a day after meals.
Decoction: Pour 2–3 glasses of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of fruit, simmer for 10 minutes. Cover and let it sit for 24 hours. Strain. Take 1/2 glass 3–4 times a day before meals.
Light infusion: Pour 1 glass of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of crushed raw material, cover and infuse for 15 minutes. Strain. Adults: take 1/2 glass 2 times a day with meals.

Storage conditions
Store in a dry, dark place out of reach of children at temperatures up to 25 °C. Prepared infusions and decoctions should be refrigerated and used within 2 days.
