What Is This Tea
Norden Natur rose hips are a 100% herbal tea made from Rosa canina fruits, most often chosen during the season of cold weather, tiredness and increased strain on the body. Rose hips are well known as a natural source of plant acids, polyphenols and vitamin C, so this tea is suitable for those who want to add a warm drink with functional meaning to their day, not just ordinary tea with food.
Key Nutrients and Their Role
The main value of rose hips is their connection with supporting the immune system and general tone. Vitamin C helps the normal functioning of the immune system, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and participates in protecting cells from oxidative stress. In simple words, it is one of the basic nutrients that is especially important during periods when the body more often has to deal with cold, stress, lack of sleep and seasonal strain.
Taste and How to Enjoy It
Rose hips are also valued for their rich sour taste and beautiful berry infusion. This tea is well suited for a morning or daytime ritual when you want something warm, natural and caffeine-free. It can be drunk on its own or combined with:
- honey
- lemon
- ginger
- berries and other herbs
Thanks to its bright taste, rose hip easily replaces sweet drinks and helps make the drinking routine more pleasant.
What Research Says
In scientific publications, rose hips are studied because of their content of antioxidant compounds, including polyphenols, carotenoids and vitamin C. These substances help explain why Rosa canina fruits have long been used in traditional herbal drinks for seasonal support and general enrichment of the diet.

Customer Questions
NORDEN NATUR rose hips are dried Rosa canina fruits used as a 100% herbal tea. They are most relevant if you are looking for a warm drink that is not based on black or green tea and does not rely on caffeine for its appeal. The infusion has a rich, sour berry character, so it can fit well into a morning or daytime routine when you want something more pronounced than plain water but less sweet than many ready-made drinks.
Prepare NORDEN NATUR rose hips as a herbal infusion: place the rose hip fruits in a cup or teapot, add hot water, let them steep, then strain if needed. Because rose hips are fruit rather than delicate tea leaves, many people prefer a longer steeping time than they would use for green or black tea, especially if they want a deeper colour and stronger sour berry taste. The exact amount and steeping time can be adjusted according to how intense you like the drink.
Based on the product information, NORDEN NATUR rose hips are a 100% herbal tea made from Rosa canina fruits. No caffeine-containing tea leaves are mentioned, and rose hips themselves are naturally caffeine-free. This makes the drink suitable for people who want to reduce their intake of caffeinated drinks or prefer a warm beverage that can be used outside a coffee or black tea routine.
