INGREDIENTS: Burdock root (Arctium Lappa) 100%.

NET WEIGHT: 50 g

PREPARATION: Pour 1/2 tsp of roots with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, let it steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain.

RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE AND DOSAGE: Adults: 1 cup (200 ml) twice a day with meals.
