Preparation and use: Pour 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water over ½ tsp (1.9 g) of burdock leaves, let steep for 10–15 minutes, strain and press the remaining plant material. Adults: take 1 cup 2 times daily with meals for 1–3 months. Consult a physician before use. The prepared tea should be stored in a cool place and used within 2 days.

LEKRASET Takjaleht suur 50 g is a single-ingredient herbal tea: the 50 g pack contains only cut leaves of greater burdock (Arctium lappa). There are no other herbs, flavourings, colourings or preservatives in it.
Burdock leaves are brewed in the same way as most leafy herbal teas: the herb is placed in a teapot or cup and hot water is poured over it. Exact recommendations on the amount per serving, water temperature and steeping time are given on the pack — they are worth following, as the manufacturer bases them on how finely this particular herb is cut.
