INGREDIENTS: crushed ginseng root 95%, crushed greater burdock root 5%.

PREPARATION AND CONSUMPTION: Add 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water to 1 tsp (2.0 g) of the herbal mixture, let stand for 15-20 minutes, strain. Adults should consume ½ cup (100 ml) 2 times a day, during the first half of the day with meals. Consume for 2-3 weeks. Consult a doctor before consumption.

WARNINGS: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient. In case of allergic reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Man mājās vienmēr ir dažādas tējas, augi un saknes, un žeņšeņu jau sen gribēju pievienot. 10 g formāts ir ērts, nav uzreiz jāpērk liela paciņa. Dažreiz pagatavoju no rīta, kad gribas kaut ko “savācošāku” nekā parasta tēja. Vīram garša nepatika, bet man ir normāli, man patīk tādas mazliet rūgtenas augu lietas.

Хороший корень для настоя. Женьшень покупаю не впервые, но именно этот взял первый раз. Упаковка 10 г небольшая, зато удобно понять, подходит или нет. Делаю настой по инструкции, вкус довольно насыщенный, не чай для удовольствия, скорее как добавка к режиму. По ощущениям бодрит мягко, поэтому пью только в первой половине дня.
