Usage:

Pour 1 tsp (2 g) of the herb into a glass (200 ml) of boiling water, let it steep for 15 minutes, and strain. For adults, take 1 tablespoon of the tea 3 times a day. Store prepared tea in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
