RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For adults: at the first symptoms of a cold, dissolve 1-2 sachets in 100 ml of hot water; for immune support, take 1 sachet twice daily, morning and evening; in case of headache, stress, and fatigue, take 1-2 sachets at a time; for stress prevention and overexertion, take 1-2 sachets twice daily, morning and evening; in case of digestive disorders, take 1-2 sachets after meals; in case of lack of appetite, take 1-2 sachets before meals.
