SAMAHAN contains several plant ingredients with a pronounced effect — in particular ginger, black and long pepper, and liquorice. Most healthy adults tolerate this composition well, but there are situations in which caution is advisable.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding — it is recommended to consult a doctor before drinking it, as a number of spices in large amounts may be undesirable during these periods.
- Sensitivity to spices — if hot or spicy foods usually cause you discomfort (heartburn, irritation of the mucous membranes), start with a small amount or dilute the drink more.
- Allergy to any of the ingredients — before drinking it for the first time, check the full list of ingredients on the packaging.
- Chronic conditions and medication — if you are on regular drug therapy, consult a specialist: some plant ingredients may affect how medicines are absorbed.
SAMAHAN is a food product, not a medicinal product. It is not intended to treat or prevent disease and does not replace a balanced diet.
