Sugar, glucose syrup, water, gelatin, acidity regulator (citric acid), Quali-D (modified maize starch, sugar, antioxidant {sodium L-ascorbate, alpha-tocopherol}, medium-chain triglycerides, anti-caking agent {silicon dioxide}, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3)), flavouring (raspberry), glazing agent (carnauba wax).

The label does not state from what age the gummies are suitable, but it gives separate doses: children 1 gummy (20 µg of vitamin D3), adults 2 gummies (40 µg of vitamin D3). The raspberry flavour and chewable form are convenient, but each gummy contains a specific amount of vitamin D3, and children of different ages need different amounts of vitamin D per day.
Vitamin D3 is included in many combination supplements — multivitamins, calcium and vitamin formulas, fish oil capsules. If you or your child are already taking something similar, it is worth adding up the amount of vitamin D from all sources before adding these gummies.
