JutaVit Lecithin 1200 mg is a dietary supplement containing soy lecithin in softgel capsules. Lecithin belongs to the group of phospholipids and is an important structural component of cell membranes.
The lecithin in this product is derived from soybean oil. Lecithin is naturally present in the tissues of the nervous system, bone marrow, heart and liver. One capsule contains 1200 mg of lecithin.
