Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is one of the fat-soluble vitamins — this means it needs a fatty medium to be distributed within the supplement. In VITATEKA Vitamiin D3 spreipudel, this base is MCT oil — medium-chain triglycerides obtained from plant sources (most often coconut or palm kernel oil).
