Teavit Herbal Blend Tea No. 28 is a traditional Eastern European five-herb blended herbal infusion tea in teabag format, combining chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla), green tea (Camellia sinensis), rosehip (Rosa canina), liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) and peppermint (Mentha piperita). Chamomile is one of the most consumed herbal teas in the world, prized for its characteristic mild floral flavour and calming aroma. Rosehip contributes a pleasant tart flavour and is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C. Peppermint provides a characteristic menthol-fresh cooling note. Liquorice root adds natural sweetness from glycyrrhizin. Green tea contributes antioxidant polyphenols and a mild refreshing note. Together the five herbs create a pleasant, warming and aromatic herbal infusion.

PREPARATION: Place 1 teabag in a cup. Pour 200 ml boiling water. Steep 5–10 minutes. Remove the teabag and serve.

Liquorice root: not for prolonged use in hypertension or kidney disease — contains glycyrrhizin which may affect potassium levels.
