Who should be careful with this blend because of its ingredients?

Although this is an ordinary herbal drink, its composition is worth taking into account. The key ingredient here is liquorice root: it has a coating effect and softens the flavour, but in case of sensitivity to liquorice or regular consumption in large amounts it should be approached with caution. That is why, before drinking it on a regular basis, it is wise to consider how often you plan to have this tea.

Particular care is also advisable in the following situations:

• during pregnancy — it is best to check compatibility with a specialist in advance;
• if you take any medication — herbal components may interact with it in different ways;
• if the tea is chosen for a child — prior consultation is appropriate here too;
• in case of known sensitivity to any of the ingredients of the blend (chamomile, liquorice, mint, rosehip, green tea).

Also bear in mind that the green tea gives the infusion a more invigorating character, which may matter if you are sensitive to stimulating drinks closer to the evening.
