Tromisruse has a strong anti-inflammatory and also anti-allergic effect.
In folk medicine, it is used:
- for the treatment of skin allergies, skin diseases (eczema, scrofulous and also children's diathesis.
-bactericidal, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, e.g. in case of cystitis, cold, skin improving effect.
-regulating digestive activity, in case of metabolic disorders.
Instructions for use: for adults, 10 - 15 g per glass of boiling water, leave to infuse for up to 2 hours, strain; for children, 1 tablespoon per glass of boiling water, let it brew for 10 minutes, strain.
For adults, take a quarter of a glass 3 - 4 times a day, for children, take a full glass a tablespoon at a time during the day.
Ingredients: fenugreek herb.
Warnings and precautions: Do not use in case of individual intolerance . Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
