According to the label, 1 tablespoon of the dried herb is covered with 1 glass of boiling water, left under a lid for 15 minutes and then strained.
Although bur marigold is one of the traditional herbs with a long history of use in folk herbal medicine, a number of situations call for consulting a doctor or pharmacist beforehand.
Bur marigold infusion is most often added to the diet at times when you want your meals to feel lighter: after the holidays or a long period of unbalanced eating, between seasons, and also when there is a feeling of heaviness or fluid retention. This does not mean that the herb ‘solves’ these problems — it is a herbal addition to the diet, not a therapeutic remedy.
