Digestive enzymes — Vitateka offers the Swanson digestive enzyme complex and Goldenpharm enzyme tablets. Digestive enzymes help break down proteins, fats and carbohydrates — useful after heavy meals, during illness or when enzyme production decreases with age.

When to use enzymes?
Take 1 capsule before or with meals — especially useful with fatty or heavy foods. Not suitable for long-term replacement therapy without medical guidance.
