ICONFIT Digestive Enzymes is a food supplement in capsule form containing digestive enzymes. The product is intended for daily use and is suitable as an addition to a normal diet.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE AND DIRECTIONS: Take 3 capsules daily with a glass of water before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

ICONFIT Seedeensüümid on toidulisand kapslites, mis sisaldab seedeensüümide kompleksi — looduslikke valke, mida organism kasutab toidu lagundamiseks väiksemateks osakesteks. Kui keha toodab ise piisavalt amülaasi, proteaasi, lipaasi ja teisi ensüüme, sujub seedimine märkamatult. Suure või rasvase eine järel, vananedes või stressi ajal võib aga oma ensüümide hulgast jääda väheks — siis tulebki appi seedeensüümide preparaat.
Milline ensüüm mille eest vastutab
Iga ensüüm vastutab kindla toidukomponendi eest:
- Amülaas aitab lõhustada tärklist ja keerukaid süsivesikuid lihtsuteks suhkruteks.
- Proteaas tegeleb valkudega, lagundades need aminohapeteks, mida organism kasutab lihaste ja kudede ehitamiseks.
- Lipaas jagab rasvad rasvhapeteks ja glütserooliks, kergendades raskema toidu vastuvõtmist.
- Laktaas lisatakse kompleksidesse sageli piimasuhkru jaoks.
- Tsellulaas aitab taimsete rakuseinte lõhkumisel — see on kasulik neile, kes söövad palju toorseid köögivilju ja kaunvilju.
Kapslivorm on mugav, sest see kaitseb ensüüme maohappe eest ja vabastab toimeained õiges soolestiku osas, kus seedimine peamiselt toimub.
