Magnesium glycinate
Magnesium glycinate (also called bisglycinate or glycine chelate) is a magnesium compound in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine. Labels often give two figures – the weight of the compound and the amount of magnesium: for example, 665 mg of magnesium bisglycinate contains 133 mg of magnesium. Compare products by the amount of magnesium per daily dose.
In capsules, we stock Swanson, VitalHarmony, HERBIN (with zinc and vitamin D3) and ALG PHARMA (with vitamin B6), plus HERBIN MG3 with three magnesium compounds and, in liquid form, VITATEKA Magnesium Bisglycinate.
