HERBIN MG3 Magnesium with malate, bisglycinate, citrate and vitamin B6 is a food supplement in capsules. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and helps maintain normal bones and teeth. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.
The product contains three forms of magnesium: magnesium malate, magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium citrate, as well as vitamin B6.
NET QUANTITY: 90 capsules
INGREDIENTS: magnesium malate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464); stabiliser: microcrystalline cellulose (E460(i)); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E551), magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE AND DOSAGE: Adults: 3 capsules per day.

- Magnesium bisglycinate - 219.5 mg
- Magnesium citrate - 173 mg
- of which magnesium - 125 mg (33.3% NRV*)
- Vitamin B6 - 3.33 mg (238% NRV*)

- Magnesium malate - 661.8 mg
- Magnesium bisglycinate - 658.5 mg
- Magnesium citrate - 519 mg
