The main difference lies in the form and convenience of use. The liquid extract in ampoules does not need to be diluted, crushed or washed down with a lot of water: you open the ampoule and drink the contents directly. This makes the format practical when travelling, at work or in any situation where you cannot fiddle with several items.
The recommended serving is the contents of 1 vial (10 ml) once a day, shaken well beforehand; the recommended daily amount must not be exceeded. Ginseng is one of the tonic plant extracts, so it is usually advised to take it in the first half of the day — in the morning or at lunchtime. Taking it closer to the evening may make it harder to fall asleep for people who are sensitive to stimulating ingredients.
