Farmgrupp Magnesium + B6 Solution is a liquid food supplement providing magnesium and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) in a combined oral liquid formulation for adults and children. The formula delivers magnesium as magnesium citrate — a highly bioavailable organic magnesium salt with good gastrointestinal tolerability — together with pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), which contributes to the absorption and cellular utilisation of magnesium. Magnesium in dissolved (ionic) liquid form is absorbed by the body more rapidly and efficiently than tablet forms, making this liquid formulation particularly well-suited for persons who have difficulty with tablet intake or prefer a liquid supplement format. Each 30 ml daily serving provides 450 mg magnesium (112.5% NRV) and 5.7 mg vitamin B6 (285% NRV). Authorised EU health claims for magnesium include: magnesium contributes to reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, normal psychological function and maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin B6 contributes to reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal functioning of the nervous system.
