What the set contains:

Description: A set of two separate food supplements taken together: magnesium bisglycinate capsules and an oral vitamin D3 spray. Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal function of the nervous system and muscles. Vitamin D3 supports the normal function of the immune system and helps maintain healthy bones, teeth and muscles. Both products stay in their original packaging with their own labels.

How to take the set: Magnesium – adults: 1 capsule 1–3 times per day with sufficient water. Vitamin D3 – 1 spray per day orally, or as recommended by a physician.

Content per daily dose of the set (1 capsule + 1 spray):

At the maximum magnesium dose (3 capsules per day) the magnesium content is 399 mg (106.5% NRV*); the vitamin D3 content does not change.

*NRV – Nutrient Reference Value for adults

How long the set lasts: Magnesium – 90 capsules, i.e. from 30 days (3 capsules daily) to 90 days (1 capsule daily). The number of sprays is stated on the spray packaging.

Important about the vitamin D dose: The daily dose of the set contains 100 µg (4000 IU) of vitamin D3. Do not take the set together with other vitamin D supplements without consulting a specialist.

Ingredients: Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell: bovine gelatin, purified water.

Allergen information: May contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Shelf life: 24 months. Use within 6 months after opening.

2) Vitamin D3 Spray – food supplement, 100 µg (4000 IU), Vitateka

Ingredients: Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT oil), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Warnings for the whole set:

• Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient.
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding (restriction of the magnesium bisglycinate).
• Consult a doctor before use.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of either supplement.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
