What the set contains:

Description: A set of two separate food supplements taken together: capsules with type I and type II collagen, collagen peptides and Boswellia serrata extract, and tablets with glucosamine, MSM, chondroitin and vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Glucosamine and chondroitin are substances naturally present in body tissues; MSM is a source of organic sulfur. The set is put together so that the ingredients do not overlap: the collagen capsules contain no glucosamine, chondroitin or MSM.

How to take the set: Collagen – adults: 1 capsule daily after a meal with sufficient water. OstroVit – 1 serving (2 tablets) daily. The recommended duration of collagen use is at least 2 months.

Content per daily dose of the set (1 capsule + 2 tablets):

Vitamin C is the only ingredient present in both products; the table shows the sum of the two.

How long the set lasts: OstroVit – 90 tablets, i.e. 45 servings and 45 days. Collagen – 60 capsules, i.e. 60 days. Taken together they last 45 days, after which 15 days of collagen remain.

Ingredients: Collagen peptides, sweetener: sorbitol, L-ascorbic acid, Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata) extract, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydrolysed type I collagen, type II collagen, bovine gelatine capsule shell, food colouring.

Allergen information: The capsule shell is made of bovine gelatine. Contains the sweetener sorbitol.

Ingredients: Glucosamine sulfate 2KCl, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, chondroitin sulfate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), starch, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Allergen information: Produced in a facility that handles ingredients containing milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, fish and crustaceans.
