OstroVit Magnesium Bisglycinate is a food supplement containing magnesium in chelated bisglycinate form. Magnesium is an essential mineral that contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium bisglycinate is a compound of magnesium and the amino acid glycine. In this chelated form, magnesium is bound to two glycine molecules. Magnesium also contributes to electrolyte balance, normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

INGREDIENTS: magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium), inulin, plant-based capsule shell (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
