Contains: 48% chocolate filling (non-lauric vegetable fats from refined, deodorized and fractionated oils (does not contain hydrogenated components), 2% sweetener isomalt, cocoa powder, demineralized whey powder, maltodextrin, carob powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier – soy lecithin, sweetener – steviol glycosides (stevia), flavoring: vanillin), 27% coarsely ground rice flour, 13% coarsely ground corn flour, 9% coarsely ground amaranth flour, drinking water, dried Jerusalem artichoke, salt.

Instead of sugar and fructose, the filling is sweetened with stevia and isomalt:

No, this product contains no added sugar or fructose. To provide the sweet taste of the chocolate filling, it uses two sugar-free sweeteners: steviol glycosides (extracted from the stevia plant) and isomalt (a sugar alcohol). These provide sweetness with a significantly lower energy value compared to regular sugar.
To maintain the characteristic light, crisp texture of the amaranth and grain-based shell, store the unopened product in a cool, dry pantry, away from direct heat or sunlight. Once opened, the bag should be tightly resealed, or the pillows should be transferred to an airtight container. This prevents moisture from softening the cereal and helps preserve the quality of the filling.
The experience starts with a light, airy crunch from the outer shell, which is made from a blend of amaranth, rice, and corn flours. This contrasts with the creamy, softer chocolate center. The chocolate filling has a sweet, cocoa-forward profile, enhanced with carob powder for a fuller flavor note and given bulk by isomalt for a texture more similar to a conventional sweet filling.
