Comfrey Chondroitin Body Cream-Balm is specially designed to address joint and spine problems. The foundation of the formula is the medicinal herb comfrey, which has a positive impact on bones and joints, and chondroitin sulfate. The cream-balm stimulates the recovery of bone and joint tissues, promotes the normalization of joint fluid content and consistency, reduces swelling, and improves joint mobility and function.
Active Ingredient Properties: Comfrey accelerates the healing of damaged tissues in case of fractures, ligament strains, and contusions. Chondroitin enhances the structural characteristics of tissues, facilitating their rapid regeneration, reducing joint pain, and promoting the proper function of the spine.
Application: Apply a small amount of balm to the affected areas and gently massage it in until fully absorbed. Use 2-3 times a day.
Contraindications: Individual intolerance to the components.

This FBT body cream-balm is a topical skincare product, not a medicine. It is intended to be massaged into the skin around the knees, shoulders, back, elbows or other tension-prone areas when those areas feel overworked, stiff or less mobile. Typical situations include after exercise or sport, after gardening or other repetitive physical activity, after long hours at a desk, or during seasonal discomfort affecting joints or muscles.
Take a small amount of the balm and massage it into the skin around the area that feels stiff or overworked. The texture is made to spread easily, so you do not need a thick layer. Work the balm in with slow circular motions for a minute or two so the menthol and aromatic oils have a chance to create their cooling-warming sensation. Allow it to absorb fully before dressing, especially if you are applying it to the back, knees or elbows where clothing may rub against the skin.
The cream-balm is designed for the skin around the knees, shoulders, back, elbows and similar tension-prone areas. That makes it a massage balm for local use rather than an all-over body lotion. It can also be used on the neck and calves if they feel stiff after physical effort, but only on intact skin and only if you stop at the first sign of irritation.
The sensation comes from menthol. When you apply the balm, you will first notice a fresh, cooling touch on the skin. After a short moment this shifts into a feeling of looseness in the applied area. This is a surface sensory effect, not a sign that the balm is changing the underlying joint or muscle.
