Active Ingredients:

The cream balm contains bee venom, an ingredient that can cause an allergic reaction in some people. If you have ever reacted to bee stings, honey, propolis or other bee products, do not apply the product without testing it first.
The cream balm is intended for local use: it is applied directly to the area in question — the joints, lower back, back, muscles or ligaments. A small amount of the product is spread over the skin and rubbed in with massaging movements until absorbed.
"Frog stone" (konnakivi in the product name is the Estonian word for exactly this) is a plant extract traditionally used in the folk medicine of a number of regions. In cosmetic body balms it is used for its action aimed at reducing the feeling of heaviness and puffiness in the problem area.
