Psorix Body Cream Balm is suitable as a primary care product for dermatoses in a chronic stage characterized by keratinization disorders, keratinocyte proliferation, and hyperkeratosis: psoriasis, ichthyosis, hyperkeratotic eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, and others. The cream deeply moisturizes the skin and reduces transepidermal water loss, especially recommended for increased skin dryness, peeling, and itching. It alleviates inflammation symptoms, softens the skin, and reduces the negative impact of external factors on the skin. It has an immunomodulatory effect.
Product advantages: The formula is developed based on natural components; it does not contain hormones; suitable for use at all stages and types of psoriasis; contributes to maintaining a positive therapeutic result; moisturizes and reduces the risk of skin moisture loss; eliminates inflammation and softens the skin.
How to use: Apply a sufficient amount of "Psorix" dermatological cream to the affected areas on previously cleansed skin 1-2 times a day.

People usually choose this kind of product when the skin barrier feels weakened: tight after washing, prone to scaling, itching or thickened patches, and more reactive to cold air, friction or hard water. The aim is not to mask the problem for a few hours, but to make the skin feel calmer, softer and better protected.
Key Ingredients and How They Work
The formula combines humectants, emollients and barrier-forming agents:
- Glycerin draws water into the upper layers of the skin, which helps reduce the feeling of dryness.
- Glyceryl stearate, cetearyl alcohol and cetyl palmitate soften rough areas and create a light protective film that slows transepidermal water loss — this matters in hyperkeratotic skin, where the surface is often both thickened and dehydrated at the same time.
- Dimethicone copolymer adds a smoothing, shielding layer, helping the cream-balm spread evenly and reducing irritation from external triggers.
- Niacinamide (vitamin B3) is valued for helping reinforce the skin barrier, improving moisture retention and visibly reducing redness linked with irritation.
- Mineral salts (magnesium, sodium and calcium chlorides) help maintain the balance of the outer skin layer and can make dry, uncomfortable areas feel less reactive.
The texture is designed for body use, especially on zones that tend to become coarse or scaly, such as elbows, knees, legs and larger dry patches.
