Cosmetic badyaga (freshwater sponge powder, Spongilla sp.).
Directions for use:
Mix the powder with boiled water in a ratio of 1:4 to a paste-like consistency. Apply a thin layer to clean body skin for 10–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water. Use 2–3 times a day as needed. For a milder effect, it can be mixed with a base vegetable oil in a ratio of 1:30.
Warnings:
For external use only. Do a sensitivity test first: apply a small amount to the inside of the forearm. Temporary redness and tingling may occur. Do not use on damaged skin (scratches, cuts). Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; in case of contact, rinse with plenty of water. Do not combine with other intensive exfoliants on the same day.
