The cream is applied to clean, dry skin of the feet — a convenient time is after a shower or bath, once the skin has been dried thoroughly. Another good moment is before bed, when your feet will not be under strain and the cream has time to work.
Propolis is one of the key ingredients of this cream. If you have a known sensitivity or allergy to bee products — honey, propolis, royal jelly, beeswax — do not use the cream: the label prohibits use in case of intolerance to any of its ingredients. If you simply do not know how your skin will react, it is worth doing a test on a small area of skin before full use.
