FITODOCTOR Aloe Face Cream 44 g
Fitodoktor FITODOCTOR Aloe Face Cream 44 g is a lightweight face cream for skin that feels dehydrated, looks tired, or needs a fresher, smoother appearance. People usually choose aloe-based formulas when they want moisture without a heavy finish, especially if the face can feel tight after cleansing or react to changing weather, indoor heating, or wind.
Key plant components
The main idea behind this cream is simple:
- Aloe helps bind water to the upper layers of the epidermis, which can make the surface feel softer and look more supple.
- Plantain extract is traditionally valued in topical products for its soothing, balancing effect on the skin.
Together, these plant ingredients help reduce the feeling of dryness and help the complexion look more even and toned.
Why supercritical CO2 extraction
What makes this formula notable is the use of supercritical CO2 extraction. In plain language, this is a gentle way to obtain plant compounds without exposing them to high heat. That matters because delicate biologically active substances from aloe and plantain are better preserved, so the extract stays closer to the profile of the fresh plant. For a facial moisturizer, this is mainly relevant for people who prefer plant-based actives in a form processed with attention to their original qualities.
How to use it
FITODOCTOR Aloe Face Cream can fit well into a simple facial regimen, for example:
- As a basic moisturizing cream for morning use.
- As a light layer before makeup.
- As a soothing option after washing your face in the evening.
Important notes
If your skin is very reactive or you know you do not tolerate botanical extracts well, patch-test first and stop use if irritation appears. Avoid the eye area.

Customer Questions
The cream's formula is built around two specific plant components, each with a distinct purpose. Aloe is known for its ability to help bind water to the upper layers of the skin (the epidermis). This action can make the surface feel softer and look more supple by improving its hydration level. The other key component, plantain extract, is traditionally valued in topical products for its soothing and balancing effect on the skin. It's not primarily a heavy moisturizer; its role is more about helping to calm the skin's surface, which can feel beneficial when skin is tight or reacting to environmental factors like wind or indoor heating. Together, these ingredients address both the sensation of dryness and the feeling of irritation that can accompany it, aiming for a complexion that feels more comfortable and looks more even-toned. This approach is typical for lightweight formulas designed for daily use where the goal is hydration without a heavy or greasy finish.
Supercritical CO2 extraction is a processing method that uses carbon dioxide under specific pressure and temperature conditions to obtain compounds from plants. The primary advantage, especially for skincare ingredients like aloe and plantain, is that it's a gentle process that doesn't rely on high heat. High heat can degrade or alter delicate, biologically active substances found in fresh plants. By avoiding this, the resulting extract retains a profile that is closer to the original, fresh plant material, potentially preserving a broader spectrum of its natural compounds.
If your skin is prone to feeling tight, reactive, or you have a known sensitivity to botanical extracts, a cautious approach is essential. This cream is formulated for skin that feels dehydrated or looks tired, and its plantain extract is included for a soothing, balancing effect, which could be beneficial. However, individual tolerance varies greatly. The most important step is to conduct a patch test before applying it to your entire face. Apply a small amount (a pea-sized dot) to a discreet area like behind your ear or on the inside of your forearm. Observe the area for at least 24, and ideally 48, hours for any signs of redness, itching, burning, or swelling. Only proceed with full-face use if no reaction occurs.
