USAGE
Apply the balm to the skin of the foot in the area of inflammation 2-3 times a day, preferably after steaming in saline solution (no more than 10 minutes).

KROKMED heel balm by Krok Med is a foot balm for rough, overloaded heels and areas that feel tender after long hours standing or walking. It is typically chosen when the skin on the feet becomes thickened and the heel area feels tight, sensitive or unpleasant under pressure. The formula is aimed at softening the skin surface while easing the heavy, strained feeling that can make movement less pleasant.
Key Ingredients
- Menthol and camphor – create an immediate fresh sensation on the skin, which many people perceive as soothing after physical strain.
- Glucosamine chloride – included in cosmetic formulas for conditioning.
- Nettle, chicory, turnip root, potato pulp and comfrey leaf – herbal extracts traditionally used in topical products for tired feet.
- Tea tree oil and Siberian fir needle oil – add a refreshing aromatic note.
- Emollient base – helps spread the balm evenly over dry, hardened areas.
