USAGE
The gel should be rubbed into the joints and muscles in a thin layer until completely absorbed, 2-3 times a day or as a massage gel. The duration of treatment is determined individually, but is usually 3-4 weeks. Repeat treatment if necessary.

It is caused by Methyl Nicotinate (a form of nicotinic acid): this substance dilates the superficial blood vessels of the skin, increasing blood flow to the area where it is applied. That is why the skin reddens and becomes noticeably warm — a physiological reaction typical of such ingredients.
The gel is designed for regular use: according to the instructions, it is rubbed in 2–3 times a day, usually as a 3–4-week course, which can be repeated if necessary. Its texture is light enough not to overload the skin with daily use. It is quickly absorbed and does not leave a greasy film, so after applying it you can put on socks or go to bed without discomfort.
Glucosamine and chondroitin — substances associated with the structure of cartilage tissue — are indeed more often found in oral supplements. In topical products they are added as part of a comprehensive formula aimed at the area of the joints and muscles.
