The gel is designed for regular use: according to the instructions, it is rubbed in 2–3 times a day, usually as a 3–4-week course, which can be repeated if necessary. Its texture is light enough not to overload the skin with daily use. It is quickly absorbed and does not leave a greasy film, so after applying it you can put on socks or go to bed without discomfort.
When to apply:
After a shower — the skin is clean and slightly warm, and the gel spreads easily. Wait a couple of minutes after getting out of the shower to let your skin cool down a little if you do not want to intensify the warming effect.
After walks or workouts — at this point your legs have already been under strain, and applying the gel with a light massage helps you switch into rest mode.
In the evening — a convenient option for those who work standing up or walk a lot during the day.
How to apply: spread a small amount of gel with massaging movements over the feet, shins or joints — wherever you feel tiredness or tension. Massage boosts local circulation and makes the application more targeted.
If you use other foot products — for example, a nourishing foot cream — it is better to apply the gel separately rather than mixing them in your palm: the active ingredients work more effectively undiluted. The gel is not applied to damaged areas, mucous membranes or the area around the eyes.
