Can the cream balm be used if you are allergic to bee products?

The cream balm contains bee venom, an ingredient that can cause an allergic reaction in some people. If you have ever reacted to bee stings, honey, propolis or other bee products, do not apply the product without testing it first.

Even if you have no known allergy, if your skin is sensitive it is sensible to apply a little of the cream balm to a small area of skin first and wait a few hours. If redness, itching, burning or swelling appears, stop using it.

If you have a confirmed allergy to bee products, it is better to consult a specialist before use. The product is not applied to mucous membranes or damaged skin — this is a general rule for balms of this kind with active ingredients.
