Mirrolla "03 Series" Heel Spur Cream is a cosmetic foot care cream from the Mirrolla "03" professional care range, formulated with a high concentration of urea (carbamide) as the principal keratolytic active, in combination with natural conditioning ingredients. Urea is a naturally occurring organic compound found in the human body as the primary nitrogenous end-product of protein metabolism; in cosmetics, urea at high concentrations (typically 20–40%) acts as a powerful keratolytic and hygroscopic agent, solubilising and softening hyperkeratotic (thickened) skin, including the tough, calloused skin of the heel. The high urea content of this cream softens and loosens keratinised skin at the heel area and facilitates the diffusion of other active and conditioning ingredients deeper into the thickened tissue. The natural ingredient base provides additional moisturising and skin-conditioning properties. Recommended preparation protocol: pre-soak the heel area in warm saline solution for 10–15 minutes before applying the cream, then apply in gentle circular movements to the clean heel. 75 ml tube.

Mirrolla 03 Series Heel Spur Foot Cream is a foot cream for rough, thickened heel skin that tends to become hard, dry and uneven. People usually choose this type of product when standard moisturisers feel too light and the skin on the heels needs a more intensive softening effect. Although the name refers to a heel spur, this is a cosmetic product, not a medicinal treatment.
The key active here is high-concentration urea, also called carbamide. In skincare, urea is valued for two main actions. First, it helps bind water in the outer layers of the skin, which makes dry areas feel less tight. Second, at higher concentrations it works as a keratolytic ingredient: it helps loosen the bonds between built-up dead skin cells, so hardened areas gradually become softer and easier to smooth. This is why urea is widely used in foot creams for callused heels, cracked-looking roughness and other zones where the skin becomes excessively thick.
What makes this formula practical is its focus on one well-known active in a form especially suited to the feet. Heel skin is denser than skin on most other parts of the body, so it often needs more than simple hydration. When applied after soaking, urea can work more effectively on the softened surface layer, while the conditioning base helps reduce dryness and leaves the skin more supple. This kind of cream is often useful for people who spend a lot of time standing, wear open shoes, or notice seasonal dryness that makes the heels look neglected.
Mirrolla heel cream fits best into a consistent foot-maintenance regimen: after a warm foot soak, apply it to clean heels and massage in. Over time, this approach helps improve the feel and appearance of hardened skin and can make the heels easier to keep smooth between pedicure sessions. It is intended for external cosmetic use only. Avoid applying to broken or infected skin, and if the area becomes irritated or unusually sensitive, stop use and seek professional advice.
