PHYTOLAX is a biologically active supplement. It is not a medicine. Phytolax is a natural mild laxative.
The plant complex Phytolax, available in the form of fruit-flavored dissolvable tablets, has a pleasant and memorable taste and aroma, making it attractive for both adults and children.
Each ingredient in Phytolax has its distinct biological action on issues related to constipation:
Apricots: contain a complex of vitamins, microelements, dietary fibers (cellulose), and have a general strengthening and laxative effect. Apricots are also rich in potassium, preventing its loss associated with intestinal relaxation.
Senna (Alexandrian leaf): used as a mild laxative in cases of atony of the colon and habitual constipation. The action is due to the plant's anthraglycosides, which, when broken down in the gastrointestinal tract, stimulate the receptors of the mucous membrane.
Plantain: possesses antispasmodic, laxative, and anti-inflammatory effects.
