Activated charcoal is an adsorbent with detoxifying, enterosorbing, and antidiarrheal effects. It effectively adsorbs gases, toxins, heavy metals, alkaloids, glycosides, and medicinal substances from the gastrointestinal tract.
Indications:

Contraindications:

1 tablet contains 0.25 g activated charcoal.
Dosage and administration:
250–750 mg (1–3 tablets) 3–4 times daily. Dosage for poisoning is individual.

Each SÖETABLETID N10 250MG tablet contains 250 mg of activated charcoal, a porous carbon that works by adsorption: it stays in the digestive tract and binds substances on its surface rather than being absorbed into the body. Because of this binding action, the charcoal can also attach to other medicines or supplements taken at the same time and reduce how much of them your body absorbs. The product guidance therefore states that it may reduce the absorption of other medicines and should be taken with a time gap.
