VITA-LAB Activated Charcoal is a food supplement in capsule form. Each capsule contains 300 mg of granulated activated charcoal.
Activated charcoal contributes to reducing excessive flatulence after eating. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 1 g of activated charcoal 30 minutes before a meal and 1 g shortly after the meal.

INGREDIENTS
Granulated activated charcoal, capsule shell: gelatin, water.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1–4 capsules up to 3 times daily with water. Take before or after meals.
The maximum recommended daily dose is 12 capsules.
CONTENT IN THE DAILY DOSE:
One capsule contains 300 mg of activated charcoal.
The maximum daily dose of 12 capsules contains 3600 mg of activated charcoal.
WARNINGS:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
