The main active ingredient is amorphous silicon dioxide, which has pronounced sorption properties. It is capable of binding toxins, metabolic byproducts, allergens, and microorganisms in the intestinal lumen, preventing their absorption into the bloodstream.
Microcrystalline cellulose acts as an additional sorbent and simultaneously promotes bowel function support by improving peristalsis.
Croscarmellose helps the tablet disintegrate more quickly in the stomach (disintegration agent), accelerating the action of the sorbent and increasing its effectiveness.
Excipients (magnesium stearate, talc) ensure stability and ease of administration without interfering with the primary mechanism of action.
