Form of Release
Gel suspension in a 150 ml bottle.
Composition
Purified water, sodium hydrocarbonate (acidity regulator), calcium carbonate, sodium alginate, carbopol (stabilizer), benzoic acid (preservative), sodium saccharinate (sweetener), peppermint essential oil.
Pharmacological Properties
An antacid medication in the form of a gel suspension. After oral administration, the product interacts with the acidic contents of the stomach, forming a gel with nearly neutral pH.
The gel forms a protective coating on the surface of the stomach contents, preventing the occurrence of gastroesophageal reflux.
Components included in the composition:
Sodium Alginate - a high-molecular-weight polysaccharide, belongs to the class of soluble dietary fibers (along with pectin and agar-agar). Sodium alginate is obtained from brown and red algae. Salts of alginic acid are good electrosorbents that bind and remove heavy metals from the body.
It reacts with the hydrochloric acid present in the stomach, creating a barrier that is not absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract and mechanically hinders the release of acid into the esophagus.
Contributes to the restoration of the mucous membranes of the stomach and esophagus.
Serves as an additional source of dietary fiber.
Calcium Carbonate - a salt of carbonic acid. It has the ability to neutralize hydrochloric acid, reducing its damaging effect and thus reducing discomfort in the stomach.
Calcium - an essential macroelement found in bone tissue. Calcium ions participate in stabilizing cell membranes and intercellular interactions.
Sodium Hydrocarbonate - sodium salt of carbonic acid. It has a rapid antacid effect, contributing to the protection of the digestive organs from the effects of hydrochloric acid.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to the components, pregnancy, breastfeeding. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
Method of Administration
Before consumption, the product is recommended to be stirred/shaken. Adults should take 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 3 times a day after meals.

Mirrolla Suspensioon Doktor Izžogin 150ml is a gel suspension designed for situations when stomach acid tends to rise upward after meals or when lying down. People usually choose this type of digestive supplement when they want a physical barrier in the stomach rather than only fast acid neutralisation. The texture matters here: once taken, the suspension mixes with stomach contents and forms a soft gel “raft” on top, which helps reduce the chance of acid reaching the esophagus.
The main active ingredient is sodium alginate, a soluble fibre obtained from sea algae. In an acidic environment, alginate turns into a viscous gel that stays in the stomach and acts mechanically, rather than by being absorbed into the bloodstream. This is what makes alginate products different from many simple antacid options. Calcium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate work alongside it by reacting with excess acid and shifting the mixture closer to a less irritating pH. In plain terms, the formula combines two approaches: part of it helps neutralise acidity, while the alginate part creates a floating layer that can help protect the upper digestive tract from backflow.
This combination can be useful for adults who notice heaviness, sour taste, or burning sensations after larger meals, spicy food, coffee, or late-evening eating. A gel format is often appreciated by people who want something easy to swallow and soothing on contact. Peppermint oil gives the suspension a fresher taste, which may make it easier to take than plain mineral-based mixtures.
Because this product works in the stomach by direct contact, it fits best into a practical digestion-focused regimen: for example, alongside smaller evening meals, slower eating, and avoiding lying flat immediately after food. It is not a replacement for investigating persistent symptoms. If reflux-like sensations happen often, become stronger, or are accompanied by pain, difficulty swallowing, or unexplained weight loss, medical advice is important. Also note that the label lists pregnancy, breastfeeding, and individual sensitivity to ingredients as reasons to avoid use unless a healthcare professional advises otherwise.
