Soik Japanese Pagoda Tree Fruits 100g is a traditional herbal dietary supplement product made from the dried fruits (pods) of Japanese pagoda tree (Styphnolobium japonicum, synonym Sophora japonica L., family Fabaceae) — a large ornamental deciduous tree native to China and Korea, widely naturalised throughout Central Asia, Eastern Europe and the Balkans, where it is a common street and park tree. The dried fruits and flower buds of Japanese pagoda tree have been used in East Asian traditional herbal practices for many centuries. The principal naturally occurring phytochemical in Japanese pagoda tree fruit is rutin (quercetin-3-O-rutinoside, also called "Vitamin P" / bioflavonoid), present at very high concentrations — up to 20–30% of dry fruit weight — making Japanese pagoda tree fruit one of the richest known natural plant sources of dietary rutin. Rutin is a flavonol glycoside of quercetin, accompanied in the fruit by other flavonoids including quercetin, kaempferol and their glycosides. Consumed as a herbal infusion: 1 teaspoon per 200 ml boiled water, steeped 10–15 minutes. 100 g. Not a medicinal product.

Product Overview
Planeta Zdorovia SOIK Japanese Pagoda Tree Fruits 100g is a traditional herbal supplement made from the dried fruits of Sophora japonica, also known as the Japanese pagoda tree. People usually choose this herb when they want a plant-based source of flavonoids, especially rutin — a compound once referred to as “vitamin P”. In herbal use, these fruits are prepared as an infusion, giving a simple way to include a classic botanical ingredient in a balanced lifestyle.
Key Components
- Rutin – a bioflavonoid with antioxidant activity.
- Quercetin – a related flavonoid.
- Kaempferol – another related flavonoid.
Usage and Context
This herb has a long history in East Asian traditional practice, where the fruits and flower buds of the pagoda tree were valued as botanical raw materials rich in flavonoids. Today, people may reach for a Japanese pagoda tree tea or herbal infusion when they prefer single-ingredient herbs over complex blends, or when they want to rotate different plant extracts in their seasonal regimen. The loose dried fruit form is also appealing to those who enjoy preparing herbal teas in a more traditional way rather than taking capsules.
Important Notes
- Intended for adults.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, those prone to allergies, or those taking anticoagulants or other blood‑thinning medicines should consult a healthcare professional before use.
- Discontinue use if any unwanted reaction appears.
